As a Lead Product Designer you will spearhead the user experience for a hardware-integrated digital platform. This player-coach role involves managing a dedicated design team while remaining hands-on with core product features. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to refine discovery and playback experiences ensuring seamless interaction between physical devices and digital applications for families worldwide.

What you will do:

Manage and coach a team of product designers fostering professional growth and high performance across several product pillars.

The ideal candidate:

Extensive experience in product design leadership with a proven track record of managing and mentoring designers through complex challenges.
Strong expertise in designing for native mobile applications and web ideally within the consumer tech or hardware-connected space.
Exceptional skills in visual design and interaction design paired with a strategic mindset for product discovery and user research.
