Job Summary

Heres What You Need

  • Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. is required
  • Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency is required
  • 1 Year hospital experience within last 3 years is strongly preferred OR
  • Recent graduates (within past 3 years) is strongly preferred
  • Texas Pharmacist License upon hire is required
  • Must be proficient in written and verbal English language communication skills computer proficient and possess basic math skills.


    What You Will Do
  • Communicating effectively building positive professional relationships and role modeling teamwork.
  • Timely and accurate support of medication distribution including medication order verification and oversight of pharmacy technician responsibilities.
  • Provision of clinical pharmacy services for the safe and efficient patient care.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of ones own work as well as maintaining required competencies and other documentation. Consistent support of the departments quality improvement and patient safety standards programs and initiatives is also required.
  • Ongoing professional development and growth.
  • Not only the management of ones own time but shares the responsibility for minimizing pharmaceutical costs (including wastage) and discovering new process efficiencies.

Work location: Texas Health Dallas 8 200 Walnut Hill Ln Dallas TX 75231
Work hours: Full Time 36 hours a week. All Evenings including every other Friday Saturday (12-hour shift) and Sunday (12- hour shift).

Pharmacy Department highlights:
