John Mulhall came to Omaha in 1953 to landscape and now three generations later were as committed as weve ever been to making Omaha a more beautiful place to live. Today were a team of a few hundred people but our focus remains the same: working together to engage our community and share our passion for the beauty of the natural world. And we have fun doing it.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader you will report to a Field Manager and your primary focus is maintaining some of Omahas most beautiful properties all in line with our vision to be the most loved landscape company in the Midwest.
YOUR IMPACT
oLead motivate and delegate landscaping tasks to your team of 2-3 crew members
oMaintain efficient communication with everyone that you work with allowing you to champion an extraordinary level of customer service
oPrioritize quality and safety in all you do to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of our landscaping services
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
o 2-3 years of landscape maintenance experience preferred but not required
o Ability to drive a truck and trailer setup is preferred but not required
o Ability to run landscaping equipment which includes but is not limited to mowers weed eaters hedge trimmers leaf blowers and chainsaws
o Ability to follow instructions and work as a team player
