Looking for a nursing role that truly fits your life Trinity Health Senior Communities is expanding our Resource Team Float Pool and seeking passionate RNs and LPNs to join us as Assisted Living Supervisors. This unique position gives you the freedom to choose your schedule while making a meaningful impact across multiple communities.

What Youll Do
As an Assisted Living Supervisor on our Float Team you will:
- Lead and support care staff during your shift ensuring highquality service and addressing staffing needs
- Conduct assessments monitor changes in residents conditions and communicate updates to physicians families and leadership
- Provide education and guidance to residents and family members to support safety wellness and independence
- Document all care observations and interventions accurately and promptly in accordance with policy
What Were Looking For
- Licensed RN or LPN in the State of Michigan
- At least 1 year of long-term care nursing experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Adaptability strong leadership skills and a passion for enhancing senior care
