What Youll Do
As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator youll play a key role in delivering a firstclass recruitment service across our business. Youll provide vital administrative support to our recruitment processes ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and smooth wellorganised coordination at every stage of the hiring journey.
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and our hiring teams youll support with advertising vacancies managing applications screening candidates (with training) coordinating interviews and guiding managers through the hiring and onboarding process. Youll also have the opportunity to develop your skills in sourcing and candidate engagement including training on LinkedIn and broader talent attraction activities.
What Were Looking For
Youll bring previous experience in HR or Talent Attraction ideally gained in a complex organisation with a wide range of job families and locations. Youll be confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating basic applicant tracking systems.
A passion for communication is essential as youll be drafting compelling job adverts and communicating clearly with candidates and hiring managers. Youll naturally build positive working relationships collaborating with teams at all levels and youll bring excellent timemanagement prioritisation and problemsolving skills.
Most importantly youll be eager to learn. From sourcing skills to UKVI processes growing into a trusted partner for hiring managers across the business.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience supporting recruitment for Engineering Supply Chain Finance or Procurement roles.
- Exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
- Experience designing or supporting structured interviews or assessments.
