Talent Development Intern
Objective
Support the evaluation documentation and monitoring of Talent Development processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis and research to support Innovation identifying how technology can support on Talent Development processes.
- Admin of calendar for updates and publications in internals Nemak site.
- Collaborating with HRBPS to solve issues with platform and Learning and Communications teams to identify relevant content for the site to keep the site up to date with compelling content and propose ideas to enhance the user experience.
- Talent Assessments Administrative Process connect with regional champions to identify correct cost allocation for assessments.
- Obtain and analyze employees feedback regarding TD Processes design and launch of survey and communication of results.
Position Requirements
- Career: HR Administration organizational psychology communication related careers.
- Software: Microsoft Office Canva Design video edit related.
- Behavioral Skills: Creative Analysis Attention to detail Proactive.
- English advance required.
