Reports to: Quality Manager

Mission

Support Lear Corporations Tangier Plant in driving a culture of Operational and Quality Excellence ensuring strong collaboration with customers suppliers and internal teams to deliver best-in-class quality performance smooth product launches and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers acting as the key quality interface.
Manage Quality KPIs: Scorecards PPM Chargebacks Written Concerns.
Ensure proactive communication between customers and plant interlocutors.
Lead problem solving for customer claims and drive implementation of corrective actions.
Analyze customer complaints and provide continuous feedback on claim status and progress.
Manage non-quality costs linked to internal or external rejections.
Lead and support internal and external audits.
Contribute to continuous improvement activities across the plant.
Ensure compliance with IATF standards customer-specific and regulatory requirements.
Stop production or shipment in case of major quality risks.
Ensure PPAP deliverables are met throughout project milestones.
Collaborate closely with Engineering Development and Customer teams to ensure high-performance launches and support engineering changes.

Profile & Requirements
Engineering degree (Bac5) or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Solid knowledge of Core Tools and problem-solving methodologies.
Strong communication analytical and leadership skills.
Languages: French and English required.

Required Experience:
