What You Will Do:
As a Nursing Practice and Professional Development Specialist (NP&PDS) you would be responsible for planning organizing implementing and evaluating educational programs and activities in support of our Nurse Residency Program which is accredited through ANCC. This includes providing professional emotional and didactic support mentorship and resources to our new graduate nurses through their first year with Hopkins.
This NP&PDSwill support the clinical and professional transition to practice of our new graduate nurses with opportunities to support various nursing departments in additional educational initiatives along with several other NP&PDSs. These roles cover our nurse residents at Johns Hopkins Hospital Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and our Keswick location.

Hopkins Nurses Making a Difference
Salary Range: Minimum 46.57/hour - Maximum 72.18/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
