Job Summary and Responsibilities
Every day you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized comprehensive care making critical assessments performing skilled procedures and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Youll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

- Performs complete patient assessment.
- Recognizes significant changes in patient status and seeks appropriate resources.
- Documents assessment in compliance with hospital policy.
- Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and plan provision of patient care.
- Obtains and/or verifies all physician orders for procedures medications and therapies.
- Assesses the patients needs for medication prior to administration.
Job Requirements
- Diploma Of Nursing Graduate of an accredited school of nursing upon hire
- Registered Nurse: AR upon hire and
- Basic Life Support - CPR within 30 Days and
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 12 - months
