| Job Description: | Provides individual career planning services to University of Florida students-focused on graduate students and advanced degree seekers. Facilitatesvirtualcareer planning appointments drop-in servicesand small group coaching to University ofFloridagraduate students from all majors and colleges. Develops materials forgraduate studentsincluding revising Canvas shells coordinating messaging to studentssupporting graduate student-focused programming andoutreach. SupportsCareer Design Learning Specialist for Advanced Degreeswith building career development handouts resources and updates tomessagingforgraduate students. Facilitatesvirtualcareer development programming and outreach to student organizations campus partners and faculty to promote career services and the Career Connections Center- with a focuson graduate students.Engages campus partners (i.e.alumni staff faculty employers families) tosupportprogramsoutreachand services toassiststudents with career exploration andcareerpreparation.Providesin-personvirtualcareer development programming to student organizations campus partners and facultyas needed. Aids inmaintainingquantitative and qualitative records forvarious typesof interactions for assessment and reporting purposes todemonstrateimpact. Responsible for tracking and reporting on student engagement for campus stakeholders includingservice deliveryand outreach.Maintains up-to-date knowledge of career development trends. |
