Available Shifts:

We offer a variety of flexible shifts to fit your schedule both part-time and full-time:

Day Shifts: 6 hours 8 hours or 12 hours

Overnight Shifts: 8 hours or 12 hours

Monday-Friday: Openings for consistent weekday shifts.Every other weekend availability requiredand must have open availability onat least 4 days.

Weekends Only: Openings for consistent weekend shifts. Availability required forevery weekend.

What Youll Do:

As a Caregiver with Open Arms and Franciscan Care Solutions youll help our seniors stay safe comfortable and happy at home by:

• assisting with daily activities (bathing meal prep medication reminders)
• providing emotional support and companionship
• supporting independence with mobility assistance (gait belts hoyer lifts)
• driving clients to appointments or running errands
• creating fun activities and socializing
• observing and reporting changes in their condition

Must-Have Requirements:

• 1 year of caregiver experience
• Must be 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation a valid drivers license and insurance
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and assist clients with mobility
