ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain a fun energetic and engaging work environment focused on fast flawless service.
Lead motivate and support team members while fostering strong communication and teamwork.
Provide guidance to staff to ensure goals policies and procedures are consistently met.
Promote and uphold Harrahs values ethics and business objectives.
Recognize and reward employees and teams for outstanding performance.
Assist with scheduling staffing and training Casino Cage Cashiers.
Prepare shift summaries and reconcile Cage accountability.
Report irregularities or concerns to the Cage Shift Manager and Casino Controller.
Initiate disciplinary action when necessary.
Oversee all daily activities within the Casino Cage.
Serve as a role model and represent Harrahs with professionalism.
Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures.
Perform additional related duties as assigned.
QualificationsHigh school diploma required; two years of college preferred.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
General business and accounting knowledge.
Strong understanding of Casino Cage rules procedures and administrative processes.
Knowledge of laws and regulations related to the casino industry.
Strong organizational leadership and communication skills.
Previous cashiering or casino cage experience required.
Must understand all Cage positions and their responsibilities.
Prior main bank experience preferred.
Flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays.
