Location: This role serves a clients in Mount Vernon Iowa. Applicants must havereliable transportation.

Village Caregiving isbased in Iowa Cityand proudly serves clients across30 counties in Iowa with additional office locations available for those interested in opportunities beyond this specific need location.

Schedule: This is a part-time role offering 13 hours between Saturday and Sunday with shifts starting around 9:00 a.m.. Additional hours may be available as our team and client base continue to grow.

What Youll Be Doing

As a caregiver your role will involve providing essential support and care to clients in a one-on-one setting. Youll help improve their quality of life through:

• Personal care tasks such as bathing grooming hygiene and dressing

• Assisting with mobility and patient transfers

• Preparing meals and ensuring proper nutrition

• Performing light housekeeping tasks

• Offering companionship and emotional support

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Ability to provide emotional and physical support with kindness and empathy

• Willingness to follow health and safety standards and guidelines

• Comfortable supporting clients who may experience challenges such as mobility limitations or memory-related conditions with patience and compassion
