Who you are
The Matterport Operator is responsible for capturing highquality 3D scans of properties using Matterport technology. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with technology detailoriented and able to work independently while following clear guidelines.
The position offers flexible scheduling within standard office hours making it wellsuited for someone looking for adaptable work while maintaining daytime availability. Training on equipment and software will be provided though basic technical confidence and the ability to troubleshoot minor issues are important.
This role involves traveling to sites setting up scanning equipment and ensuring accurate and complete digital captures are delivered on time.
What you bring
Tech savvy (particularly with iOS)
Available to work Monday - Friday
Have a valid drivers license a car and insurance
Be willing to drive anywhere from Hamilton to Oshawa to sometimes Barrie (greater GTHA/Golden Horseshoe)
Planning time management and communication skills
What success looks like
Delivering on all scheduled scans
Courteous and professional as youll be client-facing
Adhering to safety protocols (that of Colliers and our clients)

Approximate Hourly Range for this Role: $17.60 - $20/hour
Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
