Wearecurrently looking for a Credit Analyst to join our Commercial Real Estate Credit Administrationteam.

Job Summary

The Credit Analyst I supports the Credit Administration team by assisting with administrative tasks spreading financials reviewing thirdparty reports and helping underwrite the banks simpler loan products. This is an entrylevel developmental role designed to build core credit skills with strong guidance and support from senior analysts and management.

What you can expect to work on

Assisting with ordering appraisals inspections and uploading financial statements.
Spreading borrower financials and supporting basic analysis with guidance.
Helping underwrite straightforward products such as residential construction and IRA loans.
Supporting senior analysts on portions of less complex CRE transactions.
Collecting documentation and assisting with QC audits exams and pipeline monitoring.

What you offer us

A bachelors degree is preferred ideally in business finance accounting or a related field
14 years of experience in credit lending real estate or similar analytical work
Basic understanding of financial statements and commercial real estate concepts
Strong attention to detail organization and communication
Ability to learn quickly adapt to changing priorities and provide excellent internal customer service

Credit and background checks will be required.
