Conyers Caregivers 16Hrs

Job Summary:

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking an experienced caregiver with Hoyer lift experience to join our team in Conyers Georgia. This is a part-time hourly position in the healthcare/medical industry. The caregiver will be responsible for providing compassionate safe and high-quality care to seniors.

This individual contributor role requires the caregiver to work 16 hours per week with a flexible schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for a caring and experienced individual looking to make a positive impact in the lives of seniors while gaining ongoing support and training.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance to seniors including bathing dressing grooming toileting and mobility support using Hoyer lifts
• Administer medications and monitor medical conditions as instructed
• Assist with meal planning preparation and feeding
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and physical stimulation
• Maintain a safe clean and organized environment including light housekeeping
• Communicate effectively with clients families and healthcare professionals
• Follow care plans and document all care provided accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience preferably with seniors
• Experience with Hoyer lifts
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Clear TB test or chest X-ray
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings
