As a Senior Business Operations Manager on the Sales Operations team in our New York City Office youll play a vital role in supporting ourEnterprise Publisher & Advertiser Sales business. This role is responsible for scaling processes systems and insights that enable predictable profitable growth across Enterprise sales motions.

The ideal candidate is a senior individual contributor who operates comfortably at the intersection of strategy execution data and AI/Automation and acts as a trusted partner to Enterprise leadership.

To thrive in this role youll need:

  • 7 years of experience in Business Operations Sales Operations or a related field with experience supporting Enterprise sales organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with modern sales and revenue tooling including CRM systems enrichment platforms automation and analytics; familiarity with AI-assisted workflows is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into decisions and execution plans.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across senior leadership and frontline teams.
  • High ownership sound judgment and comfort operating in ambiguity as a senior individual contributor.

How youll make an impact:

As a Senior Business Operations Manager youll bring value by:

  • Own the design and scaling of core Enterprise sales processes and operating models translating business strategy into efficient repeatable execution.
  • Evaluate implement and optimize the Enterprise sales technology stack including CRM data enrichment automation analytics and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Serve as a trusted business operations partner to Enterprise leadership shaping priorities driving alignment and enabling effective decision-making.
  • Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives that simplify workflows improve productivity and increase the effectiveness of Enterprise Publisher & Advertiser Sales teams.
  • Own prioritization and execution of sales operations initiatives exercising strong judgment to balance impact effort and stakeholder needs.
  • Translate data into insight and action delivering clear analysis recommendations and measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive adoption and change management for new processes tools and automationensuring initiatives deliver sustained value not just launch.
