Responsible for ensuring the correct synchronization of Demand and Supply with Colgates customers working under a highly collaborative approach. Supports and implements strategic planning forecasting and collaborative replenishment initiatives in order to achieve the main Customer-CP logistics indicators ensuring sales optimizing inventories and reducing costs for both companies.
Main Responsabilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with key performance indicators: Fill Rate (service level) DOH (days of inventory) In-Stock (sufficient inventory to cover the demand of 1 day in store) and OSA (availability in shelves) ; working collaboratively with the client and internal work teams at Colgate.
- Promote and apply behaviors of F.E.E.D. (Focused Empowered Experimental Digital) in all activities
- Lead the volume alignment meeting with the Commercial Teams in order to capture the amounts agreed in the Colgate Demand Plan and ensure the correct supply of key activities with Customer: Commercial dynamics launch of new products changes in modular discontinuations and transitions
- Properly execute business plans immediately notifying any deviations and taking corrective and preventive actions immediately.
- Coordinate cross-functional work teams to close supply chain gaps from origin to customer and the impact on stock at the point of sale (availability in shelf) and report to the Colgate-Customers teams.
- Actively participate in Business Reviews: Commercial (JBP -Joint Business Planning-) Logistics (T2T) Promotion (OSA); as well as in Trade Visits (field visits) to have visibility of the business requirements.
- Develop Collaborative Strategic Plans that generate operational and/or logistical efficiencies savings projects (FTG) and that benefit both companies.
- Use point of sale data to forecast trends as well as in-stock levels in order to settle impact on Supply Chain key performance indicators.
- Develop appropriate relationships and actively follow up to ensure maximum efficiency on forecasting and inventory management initiatives.
- Provide regular communication and analysis of business results to the CS&L Customer Engagement Management and Customer Development Team.
- Formulate specific action plans to address issues and improve opportunities that support Customer Supply Chain and Sales objectives.
- Continued development improvement and implementation of Collaborative Planning Forecast and Replenishment (CPFR) standard methodologies to ensure shipment forecast generation (rolling 18 months) and standard methodologies internally and externally.
- Serve as a liaison between Customer Development and Customer Service to ensure strong execution of the order fulfillment process
- Continuously identify new ways of working (NWoW) through the search for new digital tools available to streamline decision-making and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- At least 1 year in the area of Customer Service and Logistics Demand Planning Supply Network Planning or Production Planning.
- Advanced English level
- Advanced Excel
Desirable requirements:
- Management of SAP systems and Business Intelligence Systems Python and SQL (preferable).
- Requires knowledge of Excel Access IA and Google Tools.
- Experience in project management
