Investment Alternatives Senior Analyst
We are seeking a candidate with experience in alternative investmentspreferably private debtto support and advance research on investment strategies and assist with the construction and monitoring of portfolios. The role offers handson exposure to private markets in a fastpaced collaborative environment. If you thrive on rigorous analysis enjoy solving problems and are passionate about private markets youll be an excellent fit.
We will rely on you to:
- Support our comprehensive due diligence processes to evaluate and underwrite prospective funds and co-investments.
- Contribute to portfolio management through proactive manager engagement ongoing monitoring and timely reporting across drawdown evergreen and semi liquid private debt vehicles.
- Prepare clear insightful reports and presentationswith commentary and analyticsto ensure transparent communication with the Investment Committee clients and other external stakeholders.
- Maintain monitor and continuously improve our manager universe.
What you need to have:
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable investment insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including clear presentations and investment write-ups.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Collegial team-oriented constructive and can-do attitude.
- Unquestionable integrity honesty and transparency.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced evolving environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis modelling and presentation.

- Progress toward- or already attained- the CFA or CAIA designation.
- Experience in Alternative Investments preferably with a focus on Private Debt.
