Role: AssistantCreative Director - Copy

Location: Mumbai India

About the role:

TheAssistantCreative Director - Copy combines campaign planning creative strategy & copywriting. They are experts in storytelling and dramatization of subject matter. Their role is to create inspiring and exciting campaigns that go beyond the clientbrief andhelp deliver tangible & measurable results for our client.

What you will be doing:

Creative Thinking and Writing Skills:

  • Tobe responsible forthe conceptualization and execution of smallmidandlarge sizethematic and tactical campaigns across social ecommerce & digital.
  • To understand the importance of brand & creative strategy and deliver output that is both creative and effective.
  • To understand the importance of telling stories
  • To ensure consistency and quality across all written content
  • To write short and long form copy scripts etc.
  • To create and repurpose content for different usages
  • Someone who can think video content editorial - very ideas/creative person
  • Tomaintaina high awareness of relevant trending topics and news toidentifycontent opportunities

Social Media Expertise:

  • Optimizingsocial media content (language message tone)on the basis ofthe behaviour of our target audience
  • Understanding social media insights (reach engagement etc.) andworking with the analytics team to implement learnings and sharpen/better content.

Project Management:

  • To work closely with internal teams marketingmanagersand cross-functional teams to create strong concepts frominitialbriefing
  • To set tone and drive creativity working closely with agency and client leads to ensure creative excellencetimelinessand integrated thinking onwhatsbest for the brand.
  • To combine an authoritative voice and consumer education with comprehensive marketing integration.
  • To provide social support and consultation to cross-functional teams across products verticals marketing PR etc.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • A minimum of 6 as a Copywriter at / across top-level agencies with a strong digital background.
  • Experience of working with international & national brands having delivered pan-India large-scale campaigns
  • A thorough understanding of how content can play out across multiple mediums.
  • Someone who can think video content editorial - very ideas/creative person
  • Good copy hands-on experience - needs to getGenZand Millennials
  • Demonstrated ability to combine and translate complex material fromdifferent sourcesand contexts into stories and content that engage and resonate with target audiences
  • Prior experience writing spots for television isa must.
  • An in-depth understanding of social media platforms isa must.
  • Confident and comfortable working in a fast-paced changing client environment
  • A passionate and inspiring writer
  • Self-motivated working with little supervision
  • Collaborative team player open minded nonpolitical
  • Discrete about all confidential and personal information
  • Driven proactive helpful and enthusiastic team player
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI andnew technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
