岗位职责

- 管理销售团队日常运作确保团队根据规定和标准进行日常工作

- 参与分析市场形势制定销售战略战术和价格
- 带领销售团队维护管理客户拓展新客户

- 监督管理销售团队的销售拜访计划
- 与客人建立友好关系并且取得客人的评价定期拜访所有重要客人
- 管理会议及会展销售行政工作包括销售目标制定奖励机制等
- 全权负责销售工作程序及销售合同
- 负责选拔发展及管理销售团队

岗位要求

- 市场营销或相关专业学士及以上学历3 年及以上同岗位工作经验;
- 良好的英语书写和交流能力
- 优秀的市场开拓和沟通能力

We are looking for Director of Sales

As Director of Sales we rely on you to

- Manage the daily operation of sales team to ensure that the team performs daily work according to regulations and standards;
- Participate in the analysis of market situation formulate sales strategies and tactics and prices;
- Lead sales team to maintain and manage customers and develop new customers;
- Supervise and manage sales teams sales plan;
- Establish friendly relations with guests and obtain comments from guests; Regular visits to all important guests;

-Manage the administrative work of sales including sales target setting incentive mechanism etc.

-Fully responsible for sales procedures and sales contracts;

-Responsible for selecting developing and managing the sales team;

We are looking for someone who:

- Bachelor degree or above in marketing or related major 3 years or more working experience in the same position;
- Good command of written and communication English;
- Excellent marketing and communication skills;
