Exploitation Specialist (Data Scientist)

Geo Owl is seeking anExploitation Specialists (Data Scientists) to support a high-priority intelligence mission focused on Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI) and data modeling. These roles support advanced analytic efforts by developing testing and refining data-driven methodologies that integrate multi-INT sources to identify patterns behaviors and networks of interest.

The ideal candidates are technically strong mission-driven analysts who thrive in a fast-paced client-facing environment and are eager to apply data science techniques to real-world intelligence problems.

Responsibilities

• Perform data exploitation and modeling in support of Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI) workflows

• Develop and maintain Python-based analytic scripts and models to support intelligence analysis

• Integrate and analyze multi-INT datasets to identify trends anomalies and relationships

• Support the development testing and refinement of new analytic methodologies

• Collaborate with mission partners analysts and engineers in a classified on-site environment

• Adapt rapidly to evolving mission requirements and emerging technologies

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

• Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to complete a CI polygraph

• Ability to work on-site in Springfield VA 40 hours per week (very limited telework)

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis modeling or automation

• One of the following:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience or

  • Bachelors degree in a STEM field (Computer Science Data Science Engineering Math etc.)

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge of GEOINT collection and familiarity with NGA/NRO systems

• Experience with JEMA or low-side equivalents such as:

  • ESRI Model Builder

  • Alteryx

  • Tableau Prep

• Hands-on experience supporting Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI) missions

• Experience working with multi-INT data (e.g. GEOINT SIGINT OSINT HUMINT)

• Demonstrated ability to:

  • Learn new tools and technologies quickly

  • Adapt to dynamic mission needs

  • Develop and test innovative analytic approaches
