Shift: 1st Shift 5:00 AM start

Role Overview
As an Entry-Level Sheet Metal Fabricator you will transform raw materials into high-precision components using both hands-on craftsmanship and advanced fabrication equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Fabrication & Assembly: Measure cut bend and shape metal materials to exact specifications using hand tools and equipment like shears and press brakes.
Joining Materials: Accurately join components via welding riveting bolting and soldering.
Precision Layout: Interpret blueprints engineering drawings and diagrams to plan fabrication sequences accurately.
ERP Documentation: Log work orders track material usage and document production progress using ERP systems.
Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for flaws or defects to meet aerospace and defense standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Attention to detail to ensure fine tolerances and high-quality finishes
Strong problem-solving to troubleshoot alignment issues in a fast-paced environment
Physical dexterity and stamina to handle metal materials (40 lbs.) and stand for long shifts
Effective verbal and written communication to work with engineering and production teams
Basic computer proficiency to navigate manufacturing software and digital work instructions
