Role & Responsibilities

このポジションは日本でのカスタマーコンセッションプロセス全体をリード監督し当社が確実に日本の法規制および公正競争規約等に適った解決策をお客様に提供するということを任務とします役割として全行程を管理し現場チームからのコンセッション要請が円滑に進捗するよう助力し策定されているガイドラインならびに手順に基づいて業務処理を進めお客様の期待に沿えるような解決策を提供できるようにするために必要な関係各部署との調整する一方確実に公正競争規約を遵守するようにすることが含まれますまたカスタマーコンセッションリーダーはデータの分析を通して当社のビジネスオペレーションの改善や製品プロセスの品質向上をすべき分野を特定し問題の再発を避けることが求められます

Essential Responsibilities

1. カスタマーコンセッションプロセス全体を管理調整することに責任をもつ

2. コンセッションがガイドラインの要件ならびにプロセスに基づいて遂行されるようフォローアップすること

3. コンセションの上申決定および解決策の展開には関係各部署(コマーシャルサービス製品リーガルＯＴＲ等の各チーム)が横断的に関与するようにファシリテーションを行い適切な意思決定がされるよう調整すること

4. コンセッションワークフローデータベースにコンセッション事例を入力すること

5. 解決策を提供するプロセスを管理し確実に展開すること

6. コンセッションプロセスや合理的根拠に関する問い合わせについてリーダーとチームをサポートする

7. コンセッションデータ製品問題点根本原因解決策等を分析しオペレーションや製品プロセス品質に関する改善余地のある分野を特定し問題の再発を避けるよう社内依頼者に促すこと

Qualifications

1. 経営学商学工学部等の学士号

2. コマーシャルサービス法務財務オペレーションでの実務経験最低5年

3. 医療機器についての知識と経験

4. コマーシャルオペレーションと契約についての実務経験

5. 強力な推進力交渉力調整力およびコミュニケーションスキル

6. ビジネスリーダー陣や各チームとの間の相互方向のやり取りに一貫性をもってコンプライアンス遵守できる実務的成熟とロジカルシンキング

7.各案件を自らマネージし優先度を付けそれに沿って管理実行できること

8. 日本語が堪能 (会話文章力ともに)

9. Microsoft Officeの使用経験
