What Youll Do:
- Perform diagnostics repairs and maintenance on Subaru vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards.
- Accurately complete flat-rate repair orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Use Subaru diagnostic tools and service software to identify issues.
- Communicate clearly with advisors regarding vehicle condition and recommended repairs.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment.
- Stay current on Subaru technical training and certifications.
What Were Looking For:
- Current Subaru Technician Certification (required)
- Prior dealership experience strongly preferred
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed flat-rate production goals
- Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable motivated and team-oriented mindset
