As a DMV Clerk youll be the go-to expert ensuring all vehicle paperwork is accurate compliant and processed efficiently. If you enjoy working with deadlines staying organized and being an essential part of a fast-paced dealership team this role is for you!
Process and submit vehicle registration title and licensing documents accurately and on time
Ensure compliance with state and DMV regulations
Communicate with customers lenders and DMV offices to resolve title issues
Maintain organized records and filing systems
Support the sales and finance teams by keeping deals moving smoothly
Spot and correct discrepancies before they become problems
Prior DMV or automotive dealership experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Comfortable working with paperwork systems and regulations
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Great communication skillswritten and verbal
Friendly supportive team environment

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 am. to 5:00 pm. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Note: Schedules are subject to change. Two-weeks notice of a schedule change will be provided whenever possible.

No travel is expected for this position.
