The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on activelysupporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctiveservices to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also
participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical andprofessional skills.
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will spearhead the entire stackmigration of legacy applications to Microsoft Azure. As a Manager you will lead and mentordevelopment teams architecting scalable and secure cloud-native solutions while đảm bảopractices in application security and performance. This role presents a unique opportunity toshape the future of cloud migration strategies and drive innovation within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the migration of legacy applications to Microsoft Azure
- Architect scalable and secure cloud-native solutions
- Lead and mentor development teams in industry practices
- Secure application security and performance standards are met
- Shape cloud migration strategies to drive innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives
- Evaluate and implement new technologies for cloud solutions
- Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Azure Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect
- Leading application migration projects to Microsoft Azure
- Designing scalable cloud-native application architectures
- Mentoring teams on modern development frameworks
- Implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
- Analyzing application portfolios for cloud readiness
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for migration support
