Physician - Diagnostic Radiologist (Nocturnist)The University of Kansas Health System Department of Radiology is seeking a full-time Night Radiologist to join its dynamic and well-established radiology team. This position offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative high-acuity academic environment while maintaining a predictable night-focused schedule. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package as well as relocation assistance.
Position Highlights
- Dedicated night shift coverage supporting a busy tertiary and quaternary referral center
- Interpretation of a broad range of emergency and inpatient imaging including CT MRI ultrasound and plain radiography
- Coverage includes trauma stroke and acute care imaging with strong subspecialty backup
Practice Environment
- Work alongside a collegial team of subspecialty-trained radiologists
- Robust IT and PACS support streamlined workflows and on-site radiology assistants
- Academic medical center with teaching opportunities (optional) involving residents and fellows
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
- Eligible for medical licensure in Kansas and Missouri
- Prior night or emergency radiology experience preferred but not required
