- Sunday: 9:00 AM 3:00 PM
- MondayThursday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
- Total: 22 hours per week
- Consistent schedule (not on-call)
- $13$15 per hour based on experience
- Paid training

- Answer inbound customer calls
- Schedule service appointments accurately
- Gather customer and appliance details
- Take payments and document jobs correctly
- Communicate clearly with technicians and management
- Deliver calm professional customer service
- Strong phone skills and clear communication
- Reliable attendance and punctuality (non-negotiable)
- Comfortable with computers email and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask and follow systems
- Customer service or call-center experience preferred
- Home-service experience is a plus not required
- Office-based during training
- Potential work-from-home option after training for the right candidate
- Structured systems and clear expectations
- Respectful no-drama workplace
As an appliance repair technician youll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to other words youll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances portable appliances mechanical work as well as electrical work.
Youll deal with more than just appliances though as a repair technician youll have to deal with people too.
Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude have impeccable written and verbal communication skills work adeptly with repair tools be okay with lifting heavy machinery and of course be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
