Plumber

Permanent Full Time

Salary up to 45000 Plus Vehicle Travel Paid Door to Door and Package

North London/Essex

We are working with a medium sized reputable facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.

Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit a plumber to join the teams

Role:

Carry out PPM Remedial and Reactive works and complete worksheets in a timely manner to meet the clients needs
Project works including heating and domestic services installations
Fault find and diagnose issues reporting on what is required to rectify issues
Working as either part of a two-person team alongside another experienced plumbing engineer or individually as the job dictates to perform general plumbing maintenance duties.
Working with live reporting system ensuring all assigned jobs are started and completed within the contract SLA.
Make recommendations regarding condition of plant and submit Life Expired reports if necessary

Person:

You will be qualified in plumbing and must have copies of your certificates
You will hold a full uk dirving licence
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in all aspects of plumbing including screwed pipework fitting
Experience of working in occupied dwellings and offices

Package:

Base salary to 45000
Hours of work Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Van fuelcard travel paid door to door
Callout 1 in 4
Overtime available
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Pension
