In this role you will assist the Executive Sous Chef in overseeing all culinary operations for one kitchen servicing three (3) outlets: the full-service restaurant Letterpress the lobby bar Sunnies and in-room dining. You will manage a team of 15-20 union team members and play a key role in menu development for these concepts.
The ideal candidate will be an exceptional leader with a talent for training and developing others a passion for innovation and fosters a positive culture. At least three (3) years of culinary leadership experience in a high-volume environment with a background in restaurants and menu development. Prior hotel multi-outlet and union management experience are a plus!
