We are looking for an HR Operations Analyst to join our team in one of todays most exciting technologies. This role will report to James Sotto Senior Director HR Technology and Operations and based in San Jose CA. This is a fully on-site in office role 5 days a week.

About the Role

  • The HR Operations Analyst supports the execution of HR operations for Bloom Energys employee population with an initial focus on key global locations. This role is well-suited for an early-career HR professional who is eager to gain hands-on experience in global HR Operations and HR systems.
  • The analyst will work closely with senior HR Operations leaders the Workday platform team Payroll Finance and external vendors to support accurate compliant and timely delivery of HR services while contributing to a positive and consistent employee experience.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations for employees including onboarding job changes transfers terminations and employee data updates on Workday.
  • Serve as an initial point of contact for basic HR operations questions from employees and HR partners escalating more complex issues as needed.
  • Maintain and audit HR data for including employee records contracts and documentation ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and maintain recurring HR reports related to headcount turnover benefits participation and other operational metrics.
  • Partner with senior HR Operations team members to support system updates and process improvements related to HR workflows.
  • Support global HR initiatives (e.g. employee surveys learning and development tracking policy rollouts).
  • Document HR processes job aids and workflows to help build scalable and repeatable international HR operations.

Skills and Experience

  • 12 years of experience in HR People Operations Business Operations or a related role
  • Hands-on experience maintaining employee data and executing core HR operations within Workday; demonstrated ability and willingness to learn HR technology.
  • Ability to support through structured EIB uploads quality checks and high-volume transactional updates in Workday
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy with comfort working in spreadsheets and HR systems.
  • Basic analytical skills and ability to prepare and interpret standard HR reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks meet deadlines and work effectively in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in different time zones when needed.
