SECURITY CLEARANCE: Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance

TRAVEL REQUIRED: Occasional travel within UK / and international

LOCATION: Stevenage (60% of your working week must be office based)

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

Leading and coordinating a team of technicians within the Spacecraft production and AIT activities
Supervise a team to ensure adherence to work-to-lists cost and quality targets while maintaining harmonious employee relationships.
To actively participate in setting team quality targets ensuring a right first time approach from all team members.
Supporting performance appraisals.
Identify training needs and agree training and development plans.
Update and control the skills matrix and ensure appropriate skills coverage within the team. Control and oversee the teams training needs.
