ROLE SUMMARY:

Kings College School Soto de Viñuelas is seeking reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support examination sessions during February and May. These are temporary part-time roles ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and a calm responsible approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise students during examinations to ensure exam regulations are followed at all times
Prepare examination rooms including distributing and collecting exam materials
Start and finish exams according to agreed procedures and timings
Respond appropriately to student queries during exams following examination guidelines
Report any irregularities or incidents to the Examinations Officer

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately
Calm professional manner and the ability to manage groups of students
Punctual reliable and flexible availability during exam periods
Good communication skills in English (Spanish desirable)
Previous experience as an exam invigilator is an advantage but not essential
