HUGO BOSS is looking for a Cashier to join our team at the HUGO Outlet Málaga store.
- Weekly hours: 16 hours.
- Contract: 3month temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent contract upon meeting the required KPIs.
- Previous experience: Retail experience required.
- Languages: Advanced English. Other languages such as French will be highly valued.
- Technical skills: Basic knowledge of devices such as iPads and computers.
- Start date: March 2026.
In the role as a Cashier you are responsible for efficient cash desk operations & merchandise presentation around the cash area whilst providing Customer Service Excellence to drive commercial successs.
- Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop.
- Follow all induction related processes (e.g. Induction Workbook).
- Responsible for inducting new team members to cash desk.
- Be familiar with all company store & individual KPIs & targets.
- Follow all provided action plans to improve productivity.
- Supporting in all operations for loss prevention & stock management.
- Build & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets .
- Deliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers.
- Establish a customer centric mindset to ensure customer experience.
- Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management.
- Support Store Management in transaction complaint & return handling.
