Are you our new Ramp Agent in Alicante

As our new Ramp Agent you will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling of aircraft during ground operations at Alicante Airport. You will be based at ALC airport but some travel may be required to support operations around our network

In this role you will be responsible for:
You will load and unload baggage transport passengers and crew and escort passengers between the terminal and the aircraft when required. You will inspect equipment and operational areas to ensure they are in proper condition and correctly positioned. You will perform aircraft pushback and towing in accordance with established procedures and in coordination with all relevant parties. You will report all required operational information to the Team Leader prior to aircraft departure. You will ensure all flights are handled professionally and in accordance with the General Operations Manual Operations Specifications and Company SOPManual.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• Experience in a customer service role within service/travel industry.

• Strong customer focus.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively with peers during unsociable hours.
• No criminal record
• Valid Class B driving licence
  - Class D driving licence is an advantage

This job will be for you if you have:

• Ability to cooperate and good organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.

• Ability and desire to develop professionally.
