Job Summary:Repeatedly and rapidly load small parts onto tooling racks trays or carts for coating as per customer requirements which are communicated through written work instruction. Unloading of parts requires inspection of parts for any quality issues/concerns to be reported to shift supervisor confirm product count complete paperwork and pack parts for shipment. It is essential for all employees to adhere to Company Behavioral Attributes: Clear focus on high Quality production Works well independently in a team setting and with other departments Good communication interpersonal and team oriented Positive demeanor Dependable exemplifying this through attendance and job duties Constantly seeking better processes and challenging status quo: Continuous improvement Follow Company Quality Management System and all work instructions Safety oriented Multi-tasking skillsEducational/Skills/Experience Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment desirable Required ability to read and write basic English basic shop math skills and basic computer Demands Standing/walking: Continually & fast paced - most assignments and work functions are performed while standing Sitting: Occasionally - few assignments can be completed while either sitting or standing and only applies to certain work areas and/or work functions Crouching (bending at knees): often - crouching is necessary when lifting materials counting inventory or looking for material in warehouse Reaching: Continually - All positions require continual handling of small parts and various materials. Reaching is primarily performed between waist and shoulder level. Some overhead reaching is required. Ability to lift up to 35lbs Ability to repeatedly lift racks that weight between 2-15 lbs throughout each shift.
