Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to theTreatment Directors of the Outpatient programs.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essentialjob dutysatisfactorily. The essential functions include the following:
- Greet clients as they are entering outpatient treatmentprogram.
- Create a client/customer focused experience for all clients seekingtreatmentservices.
- Provide administrative support to the Outpatient program including handling email correspondence& communicationina timelymanner.
- Assistwith processing payroll& timeoff approvals for theoutpatientteam.
- Manage and screen all walk-in appointments.
- Oversee mouth swab processincoordinationwith clinical team& orderUAsupplies.
- Orderand stockoffice supplies as needed.
- Supervise Recovery Navigators.
- Provide ongoing analytics to leadership including weekly statewide reportsbillable hourscounselor analyticsbillable units internalscorecardetc.
Required Skills & Experience (Minimum Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GEDrequired.
- 2 yearspreviouscustomer service or administrative experience.
- Previousexperience working with Microsoft Excel with the ability to create andmaintainreports.
- Must be comfortable working withpeople with life-controllingchallenges including mental health and addiction.
- The ability to live and work byMnTCsculture of honor & core values practicing compassion honor respect integrity servanthood and trust.
- Must be21years of age or older.
- At least 1 year of freedom from problematic substances.
- Must be able to meet specific staff requirements outlined in Minnesota Statutes 245G.11. Reference:Sec. 245G.11 MN Statutes

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Prolongedperiodssitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able tolift upto 10 pounds at a time.
Target Compensation (Negotiable based on Qualifications):
$19.00-$21.00/hour
