The ideal candidate is a professional and courteous individual with a strong focus on customer and team relationships. This role requires a combination of customer service inventory management and general store maintenance duties to ensure a smooth and clean shopping experience for all guests. The position requires physical and mental effort and is performed in an indoor climate with potential exposure to smoke.
Provide friendly and helpful service to all customers.
Manage cash register operations and handle all transactions accurately.
Ensure all merchandise is priced correctly and shelves are fully stocked.
Maintain the cleanliness of the store including countertops windows floors and shelves.
Empty and replace garbage receptacles as needed.
Prepare food and wash dishes in accordance with sanitation policies and procedures.
High School Diploma or GED.
Previous experience in cash handling and customer service.
Ability to maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers management and co-workers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
