Position: Clinical Supervisor (Part-Time)
Location: On-Campus Houston TX
Schedule: 20 Hours Per Week
Compensation: $40000 annually
Position Summary
The Clinical Supervisor provides direct supervision clinical oversight and training to clinical staff (including QMHPs and CSSPs). This role ensures compliance with state regulations agency policies and evidence-based best practices while supporting high-quality service delivery. The Clinical Supervisor reviews and approves clinical documentation assessments and treatment plans to enhance client outcomes workflow efficiency and overall care standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical supervision and serve as an additional clinician to supervise Team Leads as needed ensuring adherence to clinical standards including CANS/ANSA reviews treatment planning and documentation accuracy.
- Oversee daily clinical operations and provide case consultation and review to support effective service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with state federal and accreditation standards including Texas Health and Human Services and HIPAA requirements through regular audits and chart reviews.
- Train mentor and evaluate staff performance; identify training needs and develop educational and professional development materials.
- Support administrative functions including staff scheduling conflict resolution and participation in policy development to improve clinical outcomes.
