What Youll Do:
- Provide expert-level nursing care to critically ill patients ensuring rapid response and precise interventions.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and collaborate with physicians to implement complex treatment plans.
- Monitor patients closely administering medications IV fluids and advanced life-support interventions as needed.
- Operate and manage advanced life-support equipment for patients with complex medical conditions.
- Offer compassionate support to patients and families providing education and guidance during critical moments.
- Foster seamless coordination among healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications
Who Were Looking For:
A skilled critical care nurse who thrives in high-pressure environments demonstrates excellent clinical judgment and prioritizes patient safety.
Education Licensures & Certifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Licensed RN in Illinois
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- ACLS and PALS certification required per policy
Experience:
- Critical care ICU or emergency nursing experience preferred
- Strong ability to manage high-acuity patients and complex care situations
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized nursing care following ICU protocols and best practices.
- Assess stabilize and manage patients with life-threatening conditions.
- Administer medications IV therapies and advanced clinical interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians respiratory therapists and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure accurate documentation of treatments patient responses and critical changes.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies safety regulations and professional standards.
- Participate in ongoing training certification and professional development.
