Were looking for an HR Intern to join our Attraction team in Madrid working in a hybrid format.

What Youll Do:

Support recruitment processes for tech profiles from job postings to interview coordination.

Contribute to the implementation and improvement of talent management policies (onboarding development engagement).

Collaborate with international teams on employer branding and culture initiatives.

Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics.

Help drive diversity equity and inclusion projects.

What Were Looking For:

Final-year student or enrolled in a Masters program in Psychology Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

High level of English (minimum B2) to work with international teams.

Interest in the tech sector and motivation to learn about IT profiles.

Strong organizational communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to sign an internship agreement with an educational institution.

Nice to Have:

Basic knowledge of talent management policies.

Interest in agile methodologies and digital culture.

Previous internship experience in HR or recruitment.
