Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Agent you will be the main point of contact for customers across multiple channels. Youll handle a variety of inquiries resolve issues efficiently and ensure customers feel supported and confident from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Support customers via chat email and phone with general inquiries
Assist with questions related to accounts services and usage
Provide clear accurate information and guide customers step by step
Resolve issues using a calm professional and solution-focused approach
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems
Identify complex or urgent cases and escalate when necessary
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent high-quality support experience

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in Danish (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greece residency card
Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
