The Marketing & Communications Specialist supports the execution of Foundevers regional and global marketing communications and employer-brand initiatives. This role plays a critical part in delivering consistent high-quality messaging across internal and external channels supporting demand generation talent acquisition marketing and corporate communications.

The ideal candidate is highly organised execution-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-region environment collaborating closely with Marketing Talent Acquisition HR Sales and Operations team.

As a Marketing & Communications Specialist your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital social email events and web
  • Coordinate campaign assets (copy visuals landing pages) with internal teams and external agencies
  • Track campaign performance and support reporting on KPIs such as engagement leads and conversion rates for talent acquisition
  • Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met across regions
  • Create and adapt content for external communications including websites social media blogs case studies and presentations
  • Support internal communications initiatives including employee updates announcements and leadership messaging
  • Ensure all communications align with Foundever brand guidelines tone of voice and messaging frameworks
  • Assist with PR and corporate communications activities including award submissions press releases and media coordination
  • Develops marketing material and agent/employee digitalvideos to support sales team during RFP periodsto share with prospects and future clients our capabilities
  • Create playbooks for saleson our unique value proposition in region
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders on marketing and communications deliverables
  • Liaise with agencies freelancers and vendors to ensure quality and consistency
  • Support regional marketing leaders with presentations reports and operational marketing tasks

To succeed in the role you will need to have:

  • Advanced level ofEnglish and Greekskills(C1 at least)
  • 35 years experience in a marketing communications or employer-brand role
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences
  • Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong organisational and project-management skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and geographies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and common marketing tools
  • Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece

Education and experience (preferred)

  • Experience in B2B CX outsourcing or professional services environments
  • Familiarity with social media management CMS platforms and marketing automation toola
  • Experience supporting talent acquisition or employer-branding initiatives
  • Exposure to data-driven marketing and performance reporting
