What You Will Do

Host live Blackjack and other card games according to company standards
Communicate confidently and professionally in front of the camera
Ensure game accuracy fairness and smooth flow at all times
Create a friendly engaging and entertaining experience for players
Follow operational procedures and compliance guidelines precisely
Continuously improve performance through coaching feedback and training

What We Are Looking For

Fluency (C1) in Russian with clear spoken communication
Positive attitude reliability and strong sense of responsibility
Comfortable performing in front of a camera and the w
illingness to work rotating shifts including nights weekends and holidays
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
