We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer / CNC Programmer (Milling) to join its Prismatic Manufacturing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-precision aerospace components in a performance-driven culture that values innovation trust and continuous improvement.
You will play a key role in both new product development and optimization of existing manufacturing processes working hands-on with CNC milling operations in a high-impact production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop optimize and support CNC milling processes for new and legacy aerospace components
- Create CNC programs operation sheets and manufacturing instructions to meet engineering requirements
- Define operation sequences tooling fixtures gauging and machine requirements
- Troubleshoot shop floor issues related to tooling work holding inspection and machining performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering quality and production teams
- Review engineering drawings for manufacturability and recommend design improvements

Support program prove-outs and hands-on production troubleshooting
- Estimate setup times run times and tooling costs for manufacturing and proposals

Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives

Mentor junior engineers as needed

Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering

Aerospace manufacturing experience

Experience with machine automation integration

Inspection and GD&T experience

Machining experience with stainless steel titanium and aluminum
