Production Laborer

We are looking for a reliable hardworking Production Laborer and Machine Operator to join our 1st-shift team. This isnt a desk jobits a gritty hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for keeping our production lines moving operating heavy machinery and using a forklift to move materials throughout the facility. If you arent afraid to get your hands dirty work in a shop environment that is loud and active and take pride in a job well done we want to hear from you.

This is a full-time position starting at $19/hr with consistent 1st-shift hours providing you with a steady schedule and a stable work-life balance.

Responsibilities Include:

• Machine Operation: Safely set up operate and monitor production machinery to meet daily output goals.
• Material Handling: Operate a forklift to load/unload materials move finished products to shipping and organize the warehouse floor.
• Manual Labor: Perform heavy lifting stacking and palletizing of products; maintain a clean and safe workspace in a gritty industrial setting.
• Quality Control: Inspect parts and finished goods for defects to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintenance Support: Perform basic troubleshooting and routine cleaning of machines to prevent downtime.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Forklift Experience: Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting (certification preferred).
• Industrial Background: Prior experience as a laborer or machine operator in a gritty environment (construction manufacturing or heavy labor).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods work in varying shop temperatures and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and attendanceour team relies on you to be there.
• Safety Mindset: A strict commitment to following all safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
