Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients. Your primary role will be to assist customers with inquiries resolve issues and provide information about our services. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records processing orders and communicating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Provide information about our services and assist customers in selecting the right options for their needs

- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction

- Process orders accurately and efficiently

- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns

- Continuously improve customer service by staying updated on product knowledge and company policies

- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets

- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member or manager

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and in a team setting

- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed
