Were looking for a passionate and creative Learning Designer to join our this role you will collaborate closely with performing arts experts educators and stakeholders to develop innovative engaging and effective learning solutions tailored for performing arts education. Your work will shape how learners experience and connect with performance theatre dance music and other art forms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop learning programs workshops and digital resources that resonate with diverse performing arts audiences.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate artistic knowledge into accessible and impactful learning experiences.

Use a variety of instructional design models and creative methodologies to engage learners meaningfully.

Evaluate learning outcomes and continuously refine content to ensure it meets the highest standards.

Support the integration of technology and multimedia to enhance arts learning.

Advocate for learner-centered design that nurtures creativity critical thinking and artistic expression.

Qualifications:

You have experience or a strong interest in instructional design ideally with a background or passion for the performing arts.

Youre skilled at turning complex concepts into clear engaging and enjoyable learning experiences.

Collaboration and communication come naturally to you and you thrive in creative interdisciplinary teams.

Youre adaptable innovative and excited to explore new ways of learning and teaching in the arts.

Familiarity with digital learning tools and multimedia content creation is a plus.
