We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Migration Expert to join our this role you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and accurate transition of critical data between systems. Your expertise will help us maintain the integrity of our clients information as we implement new technologies and improve existing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan design and execute data migration strategies tailored to the unique needs of performing arts organizations.

Collaborate closely with IT teams project managers and stakeholders to understand data requirements and migration goals.

Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues promptly to minimize disruption.

Document migration procedures and provide training or support to end-users as needed.

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data migration.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in data migration preferably within the performing arts or nonprofit sectors.

Strong knowledge of database systems ETL tools and data integration techniques.

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.

Familiarity with CRM platforms ticketing systems or arts management software is a plus.
